The BRE Science Park near Watford is headquarters to the Building Research Establishment (BRE), experts in the safety and sustainability of the built environment. Set within 49 acres, our active and lively campus is also home to a number of tenants including BBA, Geolabs and the NHS.

Originally constructed in 1855 and was home to Henry Creed, son of Richard Creed, banker and secretary of the London and Birmingham Railway. The Mansion House now provides several small office suites, ideal for start-ups or organisations
