Greetings, Mathieu reporting!
This week has been an interesting one so far, I met another few people, and thankfully the sun is finally out! Perhaps a bit too much, there is unfortunately no way to escape the heat. Even the fans cannot help us withstand such temperatures. Terrible, isn’t it? But you know, as the saying goes: beggars can’t be choosers! It is such a shame that there is no setting between capricious weather conditions and overwhelming heat. However, there is no way I am going to rant about this radiant sun!
Besides the weather, I got to help the marketing team: what a bunch of cool people! I read a lot of specialised press on the built environment, new technologies, resilience and sustainability in general. That was really interesting, I learned quite a lot with that! Afterwards, I worked on documents about the CEPAC, the Innovation Park in Brazil. That was really exciting as well! It was really captivating to see the different deliverables, and the overall project with all the different teams working on different parts. Then I had to prepare the visit of a Chilean Delegation here at BRE. It is a lot of planning but I can really appreciate how big the BRE structure is and how much different people and fields there is within the company. And I am quite sure I did not even scratch the surface of the whole structure. I also still have a lot of projects that are waiting to be begun, so I am quite excited about the few next weeks. I will keep you updated on that.
So, there you have it, another chapter of the thrilling adventures of Mathieu at BRE!
See you soon!
