BRE Academy and College of Estate Management partner on new e-learning programme
Leading built environment training provider the BRE Academy, has announced a new partnership with the College of Estate Management (CEM). Under the terms of the agreement CEM will make interactive e-learning modules from its CPD programme available to BRE Academy users, who are typically built environment professionals.
Stephen Bartle, Director of Product Planning and Operations at CEM commented, ‘We are very excited to be partnering with BRE as a fellow advocate of developing excellence and innovation in the built environment through continued education. We are especially looking forward to extending the reach of our training to make it available not just to the next generation of talent, but to professionals at all levels within the industry.’
The first of these modules Managing Project Costs is now available with the remaining courses coming online later this year – these include:

- Managing construction programmes
- The international context of construction
- Competitive tendering
- Negotiation and competitive profile
