Over the past three months, the Travis Perkins Innovation Awards have been open to all budding inventors and problem solvers. The idea of the Awards is to find the next big product innovation relevant to the construction industry. On the 30th June applications closed and the shortlisted candidates have been invited to record video pitches. The panel members (which also include BRE) have then got the tough responsibility of reviewing the video pitches and voting for the application that impresses them the most.
