Why choose HQM?
In today’s world, sustainability is more than just a buzzword; it’s a necessity. For the build-to-rent and co-living sectors, HQM provides a comprehensive framework for creating homes that are not only environmentally friendly but also cost-effective and comfortable to live in.
As an investor, HQM speaks your language. We understand that Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations are crucial in your decision-making process. HQM is a tangible way of demonstrating commitment to these principles, offering a clear advantage in a competitive marketplace.
As a developer, when you have the Home Quality Mark on your properties it is more than just a badge; it’s a promise of quality and sustainability that resonates with buyers. It tells them that the home they are considering is built with care for both the occupants and the environment. HQM is about building homes that are not only well-constructed but also contribute positively to the well-being of those who live in them. For developers, it’s an opportunity to stand out in the market by offering homes that truly make a difference.
HQM is a third party certification which provides independent verification that a property has met the expected level of performance for sustainability and quality, thus reducing risk. It can a demonstrable way of highlighting your sustainability leadership through a recognise badge.
HQM and BREEAM: A shared legacy
