This project represents Phase 2 of the Colwyn Bay Waterfront Project, a major scheme delivered by Conwy County Borough Council which is intended to secure the long-term protection of Colwyn Bay and provide measures which will assist with the regeneration of the once popular and successful coastal resort.
The transformation of Dundee’s waterfront reached a major milestone at the end of February 2016 with the opening to the public of a new road and pavement network constructed by Sir Robert McAlpine.
The scheme represented an opportunity to build on the success of previous phases of the Colwyn Bay Waterfront Project with the production of a sustainable design that will allow the local environment and communities to thrive and grow.
