BREEAM Projects
BREEAM Projects is the online platform to access to the information and tools you need to apply BREEAM to your project. You’ll get access to performance data from certified projects to help communicate strategies, an area where you can create and manage your own portfolio of projects and access to free pre-assessment tools so you can get an early indication of how your project might perform when assessed against BREEAM.
Pre-Approvals
The BREEAM Pre-Approvals service supports the submission of evidence on multiple projects of the same specification. Where a client uses a standard design and specification across multiple assets, evidence for relevant criteria can be assessed and audited once, then applied to across several projects. This makes the assessment process more efficient and streamlined for portfolio level assessment.
BREEAM Forum
The BREEAM Forum is a platform to host a constructive and informative dialogue between BREEAM professionals. Get advice on assessment issues from your peers, share partnership and job opportunities, and showcase your sustainability achievements.
BREEAM Knowledge Base
The BREEAM Knowledge Base hosts additional guidance and compliance notes to support BREEAM professionals in completing their assessments. Compiled and approved by the BREEAM technical team, this is the first point of call for additional BREEAM assessment support.
Fast Track
The BREEAM Quality Audit (QA) Fast Track service reduces the lead times for the QA of BREEAM assessments. The service is subject to availability and available via the Fast Track request form BF1287 available in BREEAM Projects.
BREEAM Wiki
The BREEAM Wiki is a centralised library of guidance and best practice created by BREEAM users and other key stakeholders. The BREEAM Wiki is used to share best practices and lessons learned from using BREEAM.
BREEAM API
The BREEAM API allows you to explore and integrate BREEAM rating data on thousands of certified building assessments across 50 countries directly with your own tools, websites, or software.
